Action Plan

/01  We've partnered with Women In Tech World to make changes to our program with the goal of increasing the  retention rate of underestimated entrepreneurs throughout our program pipeline. We'll be writing a case to measure the results.

/02  We've also partnered with SCWIST, to help us bake unconscious bias and diversity training right into our programs. This rolls out in 2019.

Survey Results

Spoiler alert: they aren't flattering, which is why we are working hard to improve the situation.
